Dulevo 52 WAVE also has a feature that makes it unique in its own category. In fact, this small technological jewel is standard equipped with the GORE® filtering system, which can filter up to 90% of PM2.5, freeing the environment where we live not only from dirt and dust, but also from the dangerous particulates. The special filtering GORE® materials foster a considerable increase of performance, guaranteeing a higher duration, easy cleaning, reduced maintenance, an increase in the air capacity equal to 35%: All this for a better sweeping quality.

3.Industrial sweeping according to DULEVO

The sweeper Dulevo 52 WAVE guarantees excellent sweeping results in all working conditions. The two side brushes direct dust and refuse right to the center of the machine, where the central tubular brush collects everything and then sends it to the container. The carefully studied geometries and the peculiar shape of the container allow to use all the space available inside the box, so as to minimize downtime due to unloading operations. The dust is suctioned and retained thanks to the depression created inside the container itself by a high-capacity and high-prevalence suction fan.The exclusive GORE® filtering system (opt.) completes the cleaning cycle through the total suction of particles and guaranteeing the emission in the environment of air that is totally PM 10-free.

1.The chassis

The new sweeper Dulevo 52 Wave features an extremely solid manufacture. A massive steel frame totally covered with high-density polyethylene build up an unrivalled solid system.

2. The waste container

The waste container, very light and manoeuvrable, but at the same time very solid, is equipped with wheels and handle so as to make the unloading operations the more easy and fast.

3. Control panel

Easily accessible and very intuitive, gives the operator an overview of all the functions of this machine: Switch of brush controls, suction control and battery charge indicator. The parking brake is located on the front wheel.

4. Adjustable steering-wheel

It helps make the machine proper for all kinds of body sizes and it allows an easy transportation.

5.Standard flap lifting control

The flap lifting control, which comes as a standard, allows the easy collection of debris of considerable size, without having to push on the steering-wheel to lift the machine.

6.Brushes

The pressure adjustment on the central brush is easy and intuitive, and guarantees the best cleaning performance even when the brush is heavily worn. More over, it's easy to change the central brush, without having to use any particular tool or tip-over the machine, all this thanks to the side inspection gate. The side brush make the machine extremely agile, allowing a close cleaning, easy and fast, in all directions.The two brushes can be operated one by one and once switched off, they remain in a raised position.

7.Endothermic Motor

The ultimate Subaru motor (6 horsepower) is the result of the newest technological innovations which allows to work for long sessions without the problems connected to overheating. Also, this technology is assisted by the exclusive strip ignition system, which substantially simplifies the ignition after few attempts, also in the most extreme weather conditions.
