1.We commit the products sold by Abram (Shanghai) have one year warranty (exclude man-made damage);
2.We commit to provide our customers the equivalent aftersales service as written in this Policy, and Service Report as well. The customers can set some stock for the quick-wear parts for maintenance according to the individual condition of their own equipments. Any difficulties, please contact us. We will provide door-to-door service as to your request.
3.The customer is required to make appointment in advance by telephone or fax so that we can prepare accordingly;During the warranty, we send our technician to the customers’ four times (including the customer calls our technicians to do door-to-door service) every year to check their machines or to do the service and provide the reports afterwards. The customers shall make sure the machines on site when our technician arrives.
4.After the warranty period, we will sign another compensable service agreement with our customers against equipment repairing and maintenance, and we will continue to provide our best service to you according to the compensable service agreement.
