Thanks to the Dulevo patented mechanical-suction-filtered system, the 5000 Evolution sweeper has a performance three times higher than any other traditional sweeper. The collection is mechanical and is facilitated by the side brushes, which convey the debris toward the centre of the machine, where the cylindrical central brush then sends it at a high speed onto a vertical conveyor. The debris is loaded through the upper part in the refuse container, this way optimizing the loading capacity of the machine. The dust raised by the cylindrical central brush is sucked and kept in the refuse container thanks to the depression in the container itself created by two high-range and high-prevalence suction fans.The peculiar fabric filtering system retains even the thinnest particulates and completes thesweeping cycle, guaranteeing the reintroduction in the environment of clean air only.

Thanks to the strong points and the advantages of the mechanical-suction-filtered combined collection system, the 5000 Evolution is the ideal machine for the most diverse urban applications, in any climatic condition: Street sweeping in the summer time in the presence of sand and dust, disposal of autumnal deposits of leaves and pine needles, refuse collection after local markets, and sweeping in the winter period at particularly harsh temperatures. Indeed, only the side brushes (being located externally of the depression area) require a limited sprinkling of nebulized water for particulates control, allowing this way the sweeping with no need of water.

1.Swiveling front brush

The swiveling front brush allows the effective cleaning of sidewalks and other areas difficult to reach with the side brushes. The 180° swiveling movement, on the right and the left sides, is operated through a handy joy-stick located on the cabin door, in such a position that prevents the operator from any distraction. The front brush is hydraulically adjustable with respect to all of its functions, be it of positioning or lateral and longitudinal tilting nature. In the case of shocks, some reliable magnetic sensors operate the fast contraction of the brush.

2.Container high-level unloading

The Dulevo 5000 Evolution may be equipped with the container high-level unloading system up to 2200 mm; this particular configuration allows dexterous operations in any urban environment, directly unloading into refuse containers or even into big refuse compactors.

3.Double driving in the cabin

Even though the left-side driving accounts for only 34% of the world population, it is more and more frequent the needfor a double driving option within the cabin; apart from the needs determined by the highway code, the double driving option in the cabin allows an easy driving during transfer, at the same time enabling a more accurate performance of cleaning operations, thanks to a better view of the roadside.

1.Rear view color camera (standard）

In order to facilitate maneuvering operations, also in area where the view is reduced, as of today the Dulevo 5000 Evolution sweeper is standard equipped with a small color camera which, thanks to a special monitor located inside the cabin, allows at all times the detection of possible hurdles during the maneuvering or reversing phase.

2.Winter applications: Salt-caster and snow-shovel

Snow and ice don’t leave space to hesitations. In order not to be caught off-guard, it is necessary to prepare oneself in due time with expressly designed equipment. Dulevo has carefully selected a special board salt-caster with plastic structure to be positioned in the rear of the machine and a light multi-sector snow blade designed for the urban and extra-urban snow clearance, both in motion and in the presence of frequent hurdles. Thanks to their quality, these two accessories represent the ideal solution for winter road conditions and the clearance of snow and ice from streets, historical centers, pedestrian lanes, parking lots, and areas at risk.
