1.Collecting system

DULEVO 850 Mini is a suction motor sweeper. The suction mouth is located on the machine front and is operated by a pantographic lifting device; thanks to its front flap, it can adapt to the volume of the waste to be collected without losing its suction power. The opening width of the mouth in the presence of light (such as leaves)and bulky waste  is controlled from the driver’s seat. The mouth/hopper connecting pipe is external, in full view and without any bending or kinking; a door under the seat provides easy access to the pipe for cleaning purposes. The reduced length of the pipe, in addition to the above characteristics, minimises the risk of clogging. Under the operator’s seat there’s a small door for making esier to clean the hose.

2.Dust damping system

The sweeper DULEVO 850 Mini  features a hydromechanical dust damping system. The stainless steel water tanks have a capacity of 200 litres and, using a 12 V diaphragm motor pump, they feed four nozzles located near the exterior of the side brush and on the suction mouth.

1.Stable and safe

Thanks to its exclusive central articulated joint system, the machine is particularly manoeuvrable especially turning and passing along sidewalks while sweeping, avoiding the risk of climbing on them in a wrong way. The sweeper, despite its dimensions, assures great stability in every road environment, thanks to its low centre of gravity and independent suspensions. Even for this reason, the suction sweeper 850MINI is able to reach a travelling speed of 30 Km/h.

2.People- and environment-friendly

The 850 Mini combines compliance with the strictest legislation in force on exhaust gas emissions and an absolutely silent engine and sweeping system, thus minimizing the environmental impact and making noise imperceptible.

3.Versatility

The two side brushes can be adjusted in speed and can be moved by the operator out of about 30 cm, in order to widen the working width of the machine. An additional suction hose (length 5 mt) allows to gather easily all those debris that cannot be collected in another way. The quantity of water used for the spraying system can be increased thanks to the recycle system. The water collected into the tank can be drown away by a tap.

4.Confortable and ergonomic

Operator comfort was a key element in the development of the 850 Mini, especially designed to work on uneven surfaces. For this reason a unique suspension system was installed, which utilizes helical springs in combination with suitably sized shock absorbers to render machine vibrations virtually imperceptible. Perfectly  in  line with the  other sweepers of  Dulevo’s fleet, great attention was paid to the cab design also during engineering of the 850 Mini. The cab is, in fact, extremely comfortable and easy to access  and has been equipped with ergonomic and user-friendly controls.
